Changchun ACE PHOTONICS Co., Ltd. (referred to as ACE PHOTONICS) was established on September 30, 2018. It was jointly funded by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and strategic investors. It mainly engages in vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSEL) R&D and produces laser chips, and modules.
Relying on the technical team's more than 20 years of accumulation in the field of semiconductor lasers, ACE PHOTONICS is committed to providing customers with high-performance light source solutions. The company's main products include three categories: single-mode VCSEL, multi-mode VCSEL, and laser modules, which are mainly used in quantum sensing, laser ranging, high-end equipment, and aerospace fields. The company has passed ISO9001:2015 quality system certification, national high-tech enterprise certification, and intellectual property management system certification, and has over 15 authorized invention patents.
