Establishing equivalent circuits of mounted,high-power VCSEL arrays for iToF cameras
iToF technology is widely favored by the industry because of its advantages in integrability and reliability. However, the short detection range of iToF cameras limits the further expansion of its application fields. To solve the above problems, Associate Professor Wang Yubing and others from CIOMP Academician Wang Lijun's team cooperated with Ace Photonics and Pengcheng Laboratory to develop a high-performance drive circuit and integrate it with VCSEL to increase the iToF detection distance to 11.5 meters. Related work was published in "Optics Letters".
Ace Photonics was established on September 30, 2018. It was jointly funded by CIOMP, Academician Wang Lijun’s team and strategic investors. It is mainly engaged in the research and development and production of vertical cavity surface emitting lasers (VCSEL), new semiconductor laser chips and modules. It has currently Two major bases have been built in Changchun, Jilin and Wuxi, Jiangsu.
Relying on the technical team's more than 20 years of accumulation in the field of semiconductor lasers, Ace Photonics is committed to providing customers with high-performance laser light source solutions. The products are mainly used in quantum detection, laser sensing, high-end equipment and aerospace fields. Changguang Spacetime has passed ISO9001:2015 quality system certification, national high-tech enterprise certification, specialization and specialization certification, and intellectual property management system certification.
